Premier Brad Wall has made it clear that Saskatchewan will NOT sign any agreement that includes a forced national carbon tax on provinces. 

The federal government is proposing one of the largest national tax increases in Canadian history that would seriously harm our economy while having virtually no impact on worldwide emissions.
