Blaine McLeod Acclaimed as 2024 Saskatchewan Party Candidate for Lumsden-Morse
January 30, 2024MOOSE JAW, SK – Tonight, Blaine McLeod was acclaimed as the Saskatchewan Party nominated candidate for Lumsden-Morse in the 2024 provincial election.
“My first few months as your MLA have been an honour,” McLeod said. “Thank you for your continued support, and I will be working hard to build that support as we head into the general election.”
McLeod was first elected MLA for Lumsden-Morse in a 2023 byelection.
McLeod has been a dairy farmer in Caronport for over 40 years, where he operates Caroncrest Farms Ltd. with his sons. He has also served as the Saskatchewan Director with Dairy Farmers of Canada. On a local level, McLeod has been engaged with school boards, church groups and many other community based organizations.
McLeod and his wife Marlie have lived in the hamlet of Caron since 1975. They have 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
The Saskatchewan Party has now nominated 36 candidates ahead of the 2024 provincial election.
