Racquel Hilbert is a founder of Wolverine Drilling Inc, a company based in Humboldt which works provincially and inter provincially to provide water solutions for municipalities, agricultural, domestic and industrial applications. 

Previously, she worked as a special education teacher for over 20 years.

Racquel received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003 and went on to earn a postgraduate degree in Psychology and Special Education. In 2023, she completed the Civil Engineering Water Resources Tech Program for Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

She volunteers her time on the board of the Sask Groundwater Association, Canadian Water Resources Association, and is committed to provide guiding principals to unique water needs. 

Born and raised in Humboldt, Racquel lives with her husband and 4 children.
