Joe Hargrave Acclaimed as 2024 Saskatchewan Party Candidate for Prince Albert Carlton November 23, 2023

PRINCE ALBERT, SK – Joe Hargrave has been acclaimed as the Saskatchewan Party candidate for Prince Albert Carlton in the 2024 provincial election.

“I am honoured to run again, and I appreciate the opportunity to serve the great people of Prince Albert,” Hargrave said. “It is very humbling, and I will be working hard to keep your support in the next election.”

Hargrave was first elected as the MLA for Prince Albert Carlton in the 2016 provincial election and was re-elected in 2020. He currently serves as Minister of SaskBuilds and Procurement, and Minister responsible for the GTH and Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan.

Previously, Hargrave has served as the Minister of Crown Investments Corporation, the Minister responsible for SaskEnergy, SaskTel, SGI, Minister of Highways and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Water Security Agency.

Prior to being elected, Hargrave was the owner/operator of Riverside Auto Group. He was also a manager with BMO for 20 years, as well as a Corrections Officer for 4 years. In his community, Hargrave has been a member of the Rotary Club, Board of Police Commissioners and a member of Community Futures.

Hargrave and his wife Fran, have four children, and five grandchildren.

The Saskatchewan Party has now nominated 30 candidates in advance of the 2024 election.
