Liaqat Ali Acclaimed as 2024 Saskatchewan Party Candidate for Regina Walsh Acres

REGINA, SK – Tonight, Liaqat Ali was acclaimed as the Saskatchewan Party nominated candidate for Regina Walsh Acres in the 2024 provincial election.

“I am honoured to be the Saskatchewan party candidate for Regina Walsh Acres,” Ali said. “I will be working hard to earn the trust and support of voters in Walsh Acres.”

Ali was born and raised in Pakistan, and he immigrated to Regina with his family in 2013. He worked in various retail and customer service positions before starting his own company in 2017, which he still operates.

He is a committed community volunteer, and has served with community and sporting events in Regina. Ali resides in Regina with his wife and their 4 children.

With Ali’s nomination, the Saskatchewan Party now has 54 candidates nominated for the 2024 provincial election.
