Please be advised that James Thorsteinson has withdrawn his candidacy for the Lloydminster nomination and announced his intentions to run elsewhere.

As the deadline for nomination papers to be submitted has passed, Colleen Young will be acclaimed as the Saskatchewan Party candidate for the 2024 General Election at the November 30^th nomination meeting.

As the nomination will now be an acclamation, there will be no voting required at the meeting.

The deadline for nomination papers to be filed with our association & Party HQ is 4:00 p.m., Thursday, November 16, 2023. The deadline for membership sales is Thursday, November 23, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Memberships that have lapsed within sixty days of the nomination meeting may be renewed at the door. All others, however, must purchase or renew their Saskatchewan Party membership on or before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 23 in order to be eligible to vote at the Nomination Meeting.
