Alana Ross Wins Contested Nomination in Prince Albert Northcote June 10, 2019

PRINCE ALBERT - Alana Ross won the contested nomination in Prince Albert Northcote to become the Saskatchewan Party Nominated Candidate for the 2020 provincial election.

“Thank you. It is truly an honour to stand before you tonight as your Saskatchewan Party nominated candidate for the 2020 provincial election.” Ross said, “I ran for us. For everyone in this great community here in Prince Albert Northcote and I am excited for what’s ahead.”

Ross is currently employed in the Provincial Health Care sector where she has had various roles working as a front-line nurse, unit union rep, in the Management team and as a post-secondary instructor. Ross has also served as the Saskatchewan Party President for Prince Albert Northcote since 2011. She is running to give back to her community in Prince Albert and be a strong voice for this constituency on the government side of the house. 

“The Saskatchewan Party has worked to provide more opportunities for employment and small businesses all across our province.” Ross said, “I’m ready to stand with a Party that is willing to stand up to strengthen our economy, celebrate diversity and stand against unnecessary taxes like the Trudeau Carbon Tax.”

Alana has 3 grown children and 1 grandchild and resides in Prince Albert Northcote.

With this nomination, the Saskatchewan Party has nominated 39 candidates for the 2020 provincial election.

The next nomination will be held in the constituency of Cannington on June 13, 2019.
